Thingoe Hill will transform a vacant, former industrial site to provide around 64 beautiful new apartments located within close proximity of the town centre and existing local amenities. The development will not only support local housing need, but will rejuvenate a vacant, previously developed site in the centre of Bury St Edmunds. How will the consultation work?

Due to Covid-19 and in line with government regulations, we will be inviting people to submit their views through the website between 23^rd November and 6^th December. We will then review the feedback before submitting a planning application for the site.

We understand that virtual consultations do not work for everyone, and so we will also be inviting local people to submit their feedback via phone, email or post.
